What is Dryyv?

Dryyv is the social and sharing app ecosystem for car enthusiasts. From rentalshare, tosharing cars with friends in Dryyv Garages, or keeping up with what’s happening through Dryyv Clubs and Social, we offer everything car lovers need, and more! Our mission is to deliver the most incredible customer experiences possible, as we define new heightened car experiences for car enthusiasts. Whether sharing cars in Garages, or getting a Rentalshare, our Valets deliver cars to you, and pick them up when you’re done. Our technology allows you to track and connect with your Valets when they’re en route. Our Valets are professional drivers, and rentalshare car fleets include ultra-clean premium cars. Our intention is to make every experience elegant and delightful from the moment you enroll, to when a Valet hands you the keys, to you swapping out cars with friends, so you can Dryyv more cars that you ever dreamed possible. How do I join and use Dryyv?

We are currently on iOS only.  Simply download the Dryyv app from the Apple App store. Then either sign-up and enroll for multi-carshare subscriptions or set your first rentalshare reservation. It takes just minutes from any Apple mobile phone or device; then sit back and relax knowing the premium car you’ve subscribed to or selected will be delivered by one of our professional Valets exactly where you want and exactly when you want it. For subscription, you set the schedule you want, and we deliver the cars and swap them out for you as scheduled.  For rentalshare, we deliver cars to you and when you’re finished, we come to wherever you are and pick it up.  Access to cars never been more convenient or amazing!

What kind of cars does Dryyv use for subscription and rental-share?

We are primarily a premium multi-carshare and rentalshare company. We have a fleet of premium cars including Mercedes, BMWs, Range Rovers, Porsches, Audis, Cadillacs, and more. Cars vary based on level of subscription and location, but are generally fully loaded with leather seats, GPS and SirusXM and more. It’s an impressive fleet.

In Rentalshare, will I always be able to get the specific car I select in the app?

For multi-carshare subscription, yes.  We only include specific pre-determined cars in the subscription programs.  You will always know the exact car you are getting, as scheduled.   For rentalshare, given high demand for our app and cars in our fleet, on occasion and depending upon the location, you may not be able to get the exact model car, or color of car that you select in a reservation.  This is common even for the largest rental car company fleets.  That is why we label each car in the app with “or similar.”  We do our best to provide you with the exact car you reserve, but if we can’t, we will provide a similar car.  In some cases we will upgrade you to a higher car class, depending on your purchase history with us, when a particular model car is not available.

How expensive is Dryyv?

We are priced to be competitive with traditional Car dealer and car rental companies, however, we are delivering premium cars to you… and we pick them up when you’re done so this is a premium service for customers who value convenience and experience. We believe that due to the ease, convenience and the overall experience we deliver, that there is no competitor who comes close to providing the value that we do.

How does billing and payment work on Dryyv?

For Dryyv Garages, the base price is $169.99 a month to start sharing cars with the otherDryyvers in your Garage. Assuming you use Valets to deliver and pick-up cars as you rotatethem, the monthly subscription cost will go up as you add Dryyvers into your Garage, per the pricing table in our Dryyv Subscription Agreement. To Post in the Open Social feed is $3.99 per month, unless you are a Garage or Club Lead then it is free. For rentalshare, as soon as you reserve a car in the app, we place a $500 hold on your credit card. Then 48 hours before your rental begins, we charge the price of your trip as you reserved it in the app. When you return the car, we refuel it at normal market prices, check for damage, or other issues, then determine the final charge. If there is any money due upon return, we charge that to your credit card and send you a final receipt. We only take credit cards at this time (MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover) and we do not accept debit cards. Are there any restrictions to Subscribing or Rentalsharing a Car with Dryyv?

We require that our customers be between 21 and 77 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license.  We are currently live with subscriptions and rentalshare in a 32 miles radius from our primary hub located in Beverly Hills, CA.  For rentalshare we currently require that all customers use their own auto liability insurance.  For subscription, we include insurance cost in the monthly recurring payment.  You can learn more at our subscription landing page.  We will verify the customer’s license and insurance prior to being approved for subscription, and prior to a rentalshare. Only the licensed driver who subscribed to or reserved a car in their app is authorized to drive the car during the defined period.  For subscription and rentalshare, we do not allow smoking, vaping or any similar activity in our cars, and there can be a steep penalty of up to $10,000 and a lifetime ban for doing so. Some subscription groups do smoke or vape in cars, but all drivers in a garage team, need to agree to that in order to do so.   We require that prior to pick-up by our Valets, that cars be parked in an acceptable and safe place. We explain these items in more detail in our app and in our Terms of Service, Subscription Agreement, and Rentalshare Agreement. Our app is currently only available in iOS.  We plan to expand onto the Android platform in 2023.

How do you deliver and return cars? (That’s amazing!!)

We have professional Valets who, very likely, are professional Rideshare, limousine or executive chauffeurs. They wear black Dryyv shirts and you will be able to connect with them through the app as they deliver or pick-up your car. It works in a similar fashion to other rideshare apps you are familiar with. We are also working on and planning for autonomous deliveries and returns.

Is my personal information safe with Dryyv?

Yes, we use industry leading, secure encryption technology for any personal or payment information. Our Privacy Policy provides more detailed information.

Where do you provide service?

We are live in the Los Angeles area and will be expanding rapidly. We will advertise, make public announcements, and inform customers through the app as we grow. The app will clearly inform you as to whether you can subscribe to, or rentalshare cars in specific areas.

Can I select curbside delivery and returns for cars at airports?

Yes you can.  We currently have not completed building out the airport curbside delivery or return flows in the app, but if you select an airport as your delivery or return location, and you also want those to be done curbside, you can call us at (877) 693-7998 ((877) MyDryyv), and we can arrange for your car to be delivered curbside, and for you to return it curbside.  If you select this option, there is an added $50 charge for each, and we will need your flight departure and arrival information, including airline, and terminal numbers.

Am I reminded of upcoming subscription schedules or reservations?

Yes.  In the app you can always see your subscription schedule or reservation details by clicking on the subscription or reservation options in the menu on the home screen.  Just tap on the relevant card/image and it will pull up your subscription schedule or reservation details.  If a Valet has not yet been assigned to your reservation, you will only see minimal details displayed.  We send an email to your email address on file immediately when you schedule your subscriptions or make a reservation.  We recommend you keep that email so you can reference it as needed.  We also text you 24 hours before we deliver or swap-out subscription cars, or a rentalshare reservation.  When your Valet starts driving your car to you at your selected “Deliver car to” location, you will be able to see the Valet driving towards you in the app, similar to how rideshare apps work.

Can I change a reservation in the app?

Yes.  You can also select adifferent car the the app up to 24 hours before your rental begins.  Please email us at support@dryyv.com , or call us at (877) 693-7998 ((877) MyDryyv) if you need helpchanging a subscription schedule or a rentalshare reservation.

Do I need to refuel or wash cars before I return them?

No.  We retrieve and clean your returned cars before we send them out to the next customer.  We also refuel the car at normal market prices, and bill you for that upon return.

How was Dryyv founded?

The Founder and Co-founders are all technology, transportation and financial industry executives who love cars and value convenience and amazing experiences.  They wanted to be able to have regular access to all the cars they dream of via a simple subscription program, and when they travel or need a rental car they wanted a far better experience. Are promo codes available for use with Dryyv?

Yes.  We issue valid promo codes for specific offers and discounts at various times and for various promotions.  Usually those promotions will be noted on our website, but not in all cases.  There is a promo code field that shows up the app at payment screens, where you can enter a valid promo code if you are issued one, or if one is available.  

What if I forget a personal item in a car I subscribe to or rentalshared?

You can call us at (877) 693-7998 ((877) MyDryyv) or email us at support@dryyv.com, and provide us with your name, contact information, including cell phone number and email address, along with the date of your subscription or reservation, and we will search the car for your items.  If found, we will keep those safely for you and connect using the contact information provided, to you to ensure you get your items safely returned to you. We encourage you to check carefully before returning a car, to ensure you’ve collected all personal items.

Can I refer friends, family or colleagues?

Yes!  You can enter a valid email address and recommend Dryyv to anyone you know through our app. Once they download the app and sign-up you will be rewarded with cash towards future Dryyv usage.  If you refer someone who signs up for a Subscription the referral fee is larger, but you also get a referral fee for referring a rentalshare customer.  You can learn more at “Recommend Dryyv” in the Dryyv app menu.
